Working closely with founders and leadership teams, she shapes roles, defines the capabilities needed for success, and advises on decisions aligned to growth and long-term business outcomes.
Throughout her career, Sharmia has partnered with pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech and healthcare organisations across commercial, medical, regulatory and market access functions — including supporting launch and growth-stage teams.
